Earlier this year we released our new payment tracker facility available once logged in to the FPS client portal. This brand new feature allows you to get real time status updates for your timesheets and payments, wherever you are. We thought we’d put together this article to recap on the launch and remind contractors of the huge benefits of using this phenomenal tracking system.
Accessing the Payment Tracker is incredibly simple. So simple in fact that we only have to list two steps in the entire process. Follow these instructions below and you’ll be on the tracker in a matter of seconds.
Step 1: Log in to your portal at www.fpsgroup.com/portal with your login credentials
Step 2: Click on the Payment Tracker
That’s it! Once logged in you’ll be presented with a range of status updates for any payments which are being processed for you currently. The status updates are designed to tell you instantly and in real time, where your payment is up to.
The status updates are defined as follows and flow in this order:
- Hours Received. Your timesheet details have been received and an invoice created and sent to your agency. We either haven’t received funds from your agency, or we haven’t matched the money to your invoice yet. No action needs to be taken by you
- Funds Received. Funds have been received from your agency and matched to your timesheet. We are doing our final checks to ensure payment can be made. If you have instructed us to only pay on certain days, it will stay at this status until payment is due.
- Ready to Pay. Your payment will be made soon. Refresh this page shortly and you will see when funds have been sent
- Paid. Your funds are on the way to you. If you are set up for FasterPay, it should appear in your bank on the same day. If you receive your money by BACS, it will take 3 working days.
If your timesheet is not at Ready to Pay or at Paid status by 3:30pm on the day you expect to receive funds, please contact us via online chat or give us a call.
