Decided to join the FPS family? Great decision, here's what will happen:

You click on the ‘request a consultation link’ and provide your name and contact details. Our friendly team of professionals will contact you within 30 minutes (unless you've indicated a best time to call) and explain how FPS will benefit you before starting your registration. Almost immediately you'll receive a welcome email with a User ID and Password.

What do you do next?

You'll login to our secure client portal using your User ID and Password. You can change your Password to something more memorable and private at this point. You will then see a heading called Your Alerts, which you need to complete.

So, what's an Alert?

Alerts help you confirm what we already know about you, and any missing information that we require. Click onto each Alert, update your information, and hit the Submit key. The sections are:

  • Your Contract - this displays the Terms and Conditions of your employment with your Personal Service Umbrella company, for you to read and accept.
  • Contact Details - this page displays information we know about you - in case you need to make any changes or additions. If you hold a British passport you need to insert the 30 characters displayed on the photo page of your passport so we can perform identity checks. Be sure to include all 30, or you will have to provide identification as listed in the Entitlement to Work Alert.
  • Entitlement to Work - this page lists ways in which you can prove your identify to us as per UK Government law.
  • Bank Details - this page displays the account details initially provided by you. We now need you to confirm them for maximum accuracy.
  • Personal Tax Information (P45/P46) - tick the P45 box if you've got a P45 form from a previous employer. If not, select the option from each of boxes  (A, B & C) which is relevant to your circumstance.
  • Expenses Questionnaire - just 6 brief questions which determine if you're entitled to offset business expenses, as per HMRC guidelines.

  • Working time regulations and ‘opt out’ information
  • Accident/incident report form
  • Leave notification form
  • FPS Disciplinary Rules and Procedures
  • FPS Bonus Scheme
  • Expenses Guide
  • Driving Policy
  • Anti-Bribery Policy
