3. The friend you refer will receive an administration fee - free week and you will receive a gross payment of £50 into your salary.

4. Both you and the friend you refer must invoice through a Freelance Professional Services Ltd administered umbrella company to qualify.

5. By entering into the refer-a-friend promotion you are bound by these terms and conditions.

6. To qualify for the administration fee-free week the friend you refer must present all required documentation within 48 hours of acceptance of the enquiry.

7. For the avoidance of doubt the enquiry starts from the time the friend you refer makes contact via telephone or accepts the terms and conditions on the website.

8. To obtain the gross payment of £50 the friend you refer must bill through a Freelance Professional Services Ltd administered umbrella company for four (4) or more payments, and not be using a Freelance Professional Services Ltd administered umbrella company, or have used a Freelance Professional Services Ltd administered umbrella company in the last 6 months. The £50 will be paid at the next payment date after the qualifying conditions have been met. This gross payment will be subject to PAYE, and National insurance.

10. Employees of Freelance Professional Services Ltd and associated group companies are exempt from benefiting from the Refer a Friend promotion.

11. Freelance professional Services Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.

12. No liability can be accepted for lost, delayed or damaged documentation.

13. No correspondence will be entered into with regards to this promotion
