Vouchers Terms and Conditions
- You must be an existing customer of FPS Umbrella and billing.
- You and your friend will receive a £25 M&S voucher you recommend and bills through FPS Umbrella.
- Agencies and all employees are exempt from benefiting from the refer a friend voucher scheme.
- Payment will be made approximately 28 days after your friend's has started billing.
- Cash or other alternative not available.
- Subject to availability and while stocks last.

- No liability can be accepted for loss, delayed or damage to vouchers.
Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. No purchase necessary. 2. By referring friend you are have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions. 3. To be entered into the you must have received a M&S voucher. 4. Closing date for receipt of prize draw entries is the 30th September 2008. Winners will be notified by phone within 7 days after the draw. 5. The draw will take place in front of an independent witness. 6. Prize is a holiday vouchers worth £250. 7. No cash alternative will be offered. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result of the draw. 8. The name of the winner will be available by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope marked FPS Draw to Charterhouse Group International, Marketing Department, Viking House, St Paul's Square, Ramsey UK IM8 1GB. 9. No employees, suppliers or families of Charterhouse Group International and associated companies may take part in the prize draw. 10. Entrants must be over the age of 18. 11. Prize is transferable at discretion of promoter. 12. Entry into the prize draw is dependent on the refer a friend scheme. 13.
