Professional Indemnity Insurance protects you from the potential costs of your own mistakes.

Before you go on site a client will check that you have Professional Indemnity in place. With FPS Group, you are covered by a Worldwide Professional Indemnity policy worth £2 million, inclusive of legal costs and defences.(1)

In addition, your FPS Umbrella company is covered by £10 million Employer's Liability Insurance, to account for the consequences of injury to you while you are at work . Public Liability Insurance is included up to £5 million to cover any bodily injury or damage to property you may cause.

As an employee of an FPS administered umbrella company you receive free accident cover both on and off site (available to construction industry workers only) This inclusive insurance policy provides cover for up to £100,000 for death/permanent disability and cover to £300 per week for temporary disablement, for up to 2 years.

For construction workers we also offer accident cover at no extra cost. This inclusive insurance policy provides cover for up to £100,000 death, £20,000 permanent disability and cover up to £300 per week for temporary disablement, for up to 2 years.
